Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
Our goal is to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Order processing occurs from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Local Pickup
We offer a convenient local pickup option for our customers:
- Availability: Monday - Friday, 12pm - 5pm.
- Location: Toronto - M5A 0L1 area code. The specific address will be provided via email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Curbside Pickup: Available upon request. Please contact us at hi@chicouture.co or call us to arrange for curbside pickup.
Shipping Times
- Local GTA Delivery: Orders within the GTA are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after being shipped.
- Standard Shipping: For areas outside the GTA, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping in GTA: We are pleased to offer free shipping to all areas within a 20 km radius from M5A 0L1 for the month of March.
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $50: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50. This offer applies to both GTA and non-GTA residents.
- Standard Shipping Rates: For orders not meeting the above criteria, standard shipping rates apply based on the package size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
